Internal Network. CEO Dhiraj Sharma states that these funds will be put to good use and will drive customer adoption during the time of the pandemic. The company aims to develop other products and extend its own partner ecosystem.

With the increase of work from home individuals, businesses are putting renewed focus on intranet in order to engage with and also remotely manage employees.

Intranet network upgrade means improving the company’s own internal network for exchange of information and collaboration.

The big problem today is that intranets experience constant problems here and there.

According to a survey by Prescient Digital Media, there are only 13% of workers that report using the company’s intranets on a regular basis.

What is the Simpplr internal network?

Simpplr states that its AI technology will ensure intranet content is updated, relevant, and also compelling by tapping into users’ experiences depending on the role, location, department, tenure, topical interests, and also previous searches.

This intranet network upgrade works with end-to-end encryption integrating digital workspaces just like Box, Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office 365.

All of these platforms allow employees to choose between either their Android or iOS apps or even just the web in order to get into the company’s portal.

Simpplr also features an employee directory that comes with certain profiles incorporating different biographies, activities, areas of expertise, social connections, and even other professional details.

Facebook-inspired Internal Network

The intranet network upgrade platform is Facebook-inspired and allows users to join polls, surveys, quizzes, and even follow each other.

The advantageous element is that managers can easily create certain social workspaces with Simpplr for their teams, communities, departments, and etc. They can also add certain knowledge bases using given preformatted pages that are completely searchable.

The platform’s own auto-governance engine never fails to automatically monitor, surface, and even unpublish stale content. The platform can also audit activities or maybe even track content that is definitely in high demand.

Simpplr also alerts the authors to act whenever content needs a certain refresh and also helps facilitate review, validation, and also the whole archival processes.

These things pull the latest content from other systems while easily offering analytics on why particular content is not being opened and read.

Admins can easily publish email digests along with newsletters using the Simpplr or mark a particular article as a “mandatory read.”

How does the Intranet Network Upgrade Make Things Easier?

On the other hand, Simpplr offers an easy search tool that quickly provides access to files, sites, people, and more.

The assigned brand editor can even customize fonts, colors, and even logos. The intranet network upgrade comes with additional customization.

These all come with an access control tool that can reliably manage roles and get user permissions in order to define the actions managers and employees should take.

With the additional $10 million that the company received, Simpplr’s total assets now hit $30 million! the Internal Network Upgrade makes life easier.
