Android Users Can Now Access Spotify Using Google

Android users can now use their Google accounts to log in into Spotify, thanks to the app’s new update. The popular music platform’s update will make it easier for you to access the app from an Android device or tablet.

If you want to have a great music experience, you should have Google Pixel 3a since it has 64GB memory. This huge storage will ensure your device doesn’t lag, even with many files or apps installed.

Going back, Spotify might have made the update just after Google Play Music stopped working on iOS and Android devices. Even its web version stopped functioning for many users across the globe.

If you experienced the issue, you could see a message saying that Google Play Music is no longer available. The only available option is to “Transfer to YouTube Music” or “Manage your data.”

The popular music app stopped working on Thursday, Oct. 22. However, there are still some users who can access Play Music.

Spotify’s new login feature is now available!

Spotify’s new feature has been available since Oct. 22. However, some users may be confused by they can’t use their existing account to Google.

The reason behind this is the Spotify email address used is different from the Google email address. If that’s the case, you need to create a new account using your Google account.

If you’re still encountering some problems when logging in to Spotify, the best solution would be creating a new password. All you need to do is go to the app’s password reset form and enter your Google email address.

Once you’re done, a reset password confirmation will be sent to your Google account. This means that you can use the Google button, enter your email address, and use the new password.

The music platform’s new feature is not only available on the Android app; users can also use it on the Spotify web client. However, they can’t use their Google accounts to log in to Spotify on their Windows Spotify or iOS clients.

On the other hand, it seems like the app can’t do everything since it said that adding an offline playback feature to its Waer OS app is “virtually impossible. Many users are currently questioning why they can’t the app can’t store offline on Wear OS smartwatches.

Spotify hasn’t answered why it is impossible, but many reports stated that it could be implemented. They concluded that the company doesn’t value its smartwatches to justify the development time.
