As the company has launched the insta-story sample, users were able to watch those video sharing on Spotify’s Christmas Hits playlist, which contains brief messages from Pentatonix, Jennifer Lopez, and Kelly Clarkson. Spotify users can watch via an icon from the upper left of the specific playlist. All you have to do is to tap an icon and it will open up automatically.
The company has not yet appeared on certain albums and playlists, showing that their rollout is still limited to a subset of users.
“At Spotify, we routinely conduct a number of tests in an effort to improve our user experience,” a spokesperson told Engadget in response to a request for comment. Some of those tests end up paving the path for our broader user experience, and others serve only as an important learning. We have no further news to share on future plans at this time.”Spotify
