LG OLED 2021
OLED TVs have started to improve the entertainment mediums for most families in the country. LG, however, is ready to make new things with the standard OLED TV.
Transparent OLED TV
The very first LG device that is said to be part of the company’s devices at the upcoming CES 2021, is the transparent OLED LG TV.
According to reports, LG brand is the very first company to manufacture a transparent OLED TV. Other brands, on the other hand, goes with producing transparent LED TV.
As the name suggests, the transparent OLED LG TV claims to have 40% transparency, wherein built to clearly see the background of your television.
Though this device hasn’t yet been fully launched by LG, it is expected to be more beneficial outside home.
For example, it could be use inside a restaurant wherein customers can dine in, choose and select their food from the screen, while keeping the background of the kitchen or the restaurant itself.
Another useful place where this transparent OLED LG TV can be use is inside train stations. Using the transparent OLED TV, passengers can look at the map of the train, while still looking at the sceneries of the ride itself.
This OLED TV is set to have a 55-inch that includes seeing a panel being built into a frame that’s designed to sit at the foot of your bed.
Unlike traditional TV, this also has cinematic speakers built into the frame as well.
The device looks cool but, we don’t yet if it’s better.
Bendable OLED LG TV
If you’re a gamer, LG brand also has a television that is meant to be yours. Aside from the transparent OLED TV, the company also plans to have a ‘bendable’ OLED LG TV.
Just like the name suggests, this television will be a ‘bendable’ one that can switch between a flat screen TV and a curved screen.
According to report, LG will showcase this unique device at the CES 2021. It has 48-inch 4K TV with “Bendable CSO (Cinematic Sound OLED) display.”
Using only a press of a button, the switch will be automatically applied to the TV. This idea arises in order to solve the need for a 2-in-1 TV that can be use for gaming, or watching normal TV.
Don’t worry, though. The gaming screen of the bendable TV has a refresh rate of 40Hz to 120Hz, which is the standard refresh rate for a gaming screen.
Sorry to burst your bubble
Since the CES 2021 will happen on Jan. 11- 14, it’s not yet accurate if the features of the new OLED televisions are as how they are presented.
For now, it’s better to wait first on the LG brand.
