The much-anticipated “GTA 6” sequel to Grand Theft Auto (GTA) is expected to see some pause in its release. Two well-known GTA insiders spilled some details regarding the release date of the upcoming title.
The Two Insiders’ Rumors
Rumors also circulated that the game is also currently being produced for the PS5 and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S consoles that have recently been released and for PC gaming. In his official Twitter handle, though, established GTA insider Yan2295 wrote that “it’s not coming anytime soon.” The post also mentioned that he had no idea of when the game will be publicly released and its release date.
This is not the first time that the esteemed game makers, Rockstar Games, are currently creating reports regarding the coming GTA sequel. Several rumours and reports suggest that the game’s release date is getting near, naming 2022 as the year of the expected announcement. But the most recent one from the insider himself shows that shortages can already be encountered and it will not arrive quickly at any moment.
Another update circulated online by Rockstar insider Tezfunz, particularly in the GTA Forums, stated that the GTA sequel had already been created as early as 2015. While it was now five years before the design work for the game itself started, it may not entirely mean that they were already balancing on the side. This period will enable the game developers to complete the game.
Around that period, while the former was already published in 2018, other well-known and proven Rockstar Games titles such as “Red Dead Redemption 2” and “Bully 2” (which was never revealed in the first place) were also on the job. In the other hand, the latter was already canceled in 2017, and both of the insiders verified this. Both of them is deemed legit and accurate outlets of news and updates from Rockstar gamers, but stuff like that would also require a lot more evidence and specifics to show that it might be real somehow.
Roster Waiting Game for the New GTA Game
Although fans and gamers around the world are still sitting on the waiting game after the formal announcement of the impending sequel to the global crime-fighting and action video game phenomena, the new “GTA V” and “GTA Online” will be the best choices for them to play the GTA bonanza and witness it.
Both GTA goods are reported to appear very shortly on the PS5 and Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S controllers, along with the GTA IV Full Version. Also, the ‘Cayo Perico Heist‘ latest update for the GTA Online has just been published and went live last December 15, providing the players with a whole new playing area, as well as the multiplayer alternative that sees a little bit of a problem.
