Samsung will release the Samsung Galaxy F62 phone next week with a whopping 7000 mAh.
Some time last week, Samsung was found to be gearing up for its launch of the company’s next smartphone, the Galaxy F series over in india. According to a leak, the upcoming smartphones would be mid-range smartphones called the Samsung Galaxy F62 and came with a SM-E625f model number.
Samsung Galaxy F62 release date
According to the story from XDA-developers, the leak had also revealed a few other features regarding the smartphone’s key specifications which include the battery, the display, and even the phone’s storage. What still remained a mystery was the phone’s chipset as well as the actual launch date. However, that changes today as Samsung has gone ahead and confirmed that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F62 some time next week.
Ahead of the phone’s official launch, there was a teaser for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F62 which reportedly went live over on Flipkart which gave the public a glance at the overall design as well as confirming the phone’s launch date. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy F62 release date is going to be on February 15 and will also be packed with the massive 7nm Exynos 9825 chipset.
Exynos 9825 chipset
This is said to be the very same chipset that had powered the Samsung Galaxy Note 10. The Exynos 9825 chipset is said to be plenty powerful for the upcoming mid-range by the standards of 2021. With that being said, there’s probably not much to worry about when it comes to the phone’s performance.
The only thing that could put the Samsung Galaxy F62 at a disadvantage to the other phones like the Mi 10i as well as the Realme 7 is said to be the lack of the 5G support as it’s still using a 4G chip. Coming up with the design, the phone reportedly looks very different compared to its predecessors.
When it came to the pricing, Samsung’s official press release actually mentions that the said device would be priced between both ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 or over $240 USD and $340 USD. This puts the device head to head against the other popular Moto G 5G, Mi 10i, as well as the Realme X7 5G within the mid-range segment.
Samsung has been popular for its other smartphones like the Samsung Galaxy A71 or the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G. However, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F62 could be something else. This is, of course, if the customers would be okay with 4G chips compared to other phones that already make so much use of the 5G chips.
