Other than language, music is also considered as universal language in the world. Anyone, whether singer or not, probably have their favorite or top music soundtrack—they listen to every night, every day.
Thankfully, for all iOS users, going back to every song you like this year of 2021, is now easier before.
Just go to Apple Music, and the past will hunt you right away.
Apple Music new feature unlocked!
As the name suggests, this newly-unlocked feature allows all iOS users to have an exclusive playlist—designed for you only—of all the music soundtracks you’ve listened to for the past whole year.
Of course, since the end of the year is still far off from today, this feature may not be as fun as it supposed to be.
Here’s how to use the Apple Music Replay 2021.
Every once in a while, you’d probably bumped into a song that catches you off-guard and couldn’t be removed from your head. We’ve all had that experience.
Though it seemed like you can’t get enough of this particular soundtrack, there’s always that time that you won’t be having fun on listening to the song anymore.
Thanks to Apple Music’s newest Replay feature, all of your favorite sounds will now be packed in one playlist.
As first reported on MacRumors, the Replay feature is easy to use, on both smartphone and web version.
From the start of the year until the end of 2021, Apple Music will save all your favorite songs into one playlist. It will have a selection and will be ranked from 1 to 100, with your most-ranked as your all-time favorite song for the whole year.
How to use Apple Music’ Replay feature?
As mentioned, the newest Apple Music feature is easy to use on any Apple devices.
“The Replay 2021 playlist can be found at the bottom of the Listen Now tab in Apple Music, as well as on Apple Music for the web. If you head to the web version, you’ll also get a few more pieces of data like most streamed artists and albums, as well as detailed play counts and hours listened data,” said on the report via MacRumors.
If you’re a Spotify user, or know someone who has an account, you’d probably heard about the same feature, just like the Replay of Apple Music.
Since before, Spotify—known rival of Apple Music—has been giving out throwback of user’s preference in music, also known as Spotify Wrapped.
However, this music app only shows infographics of the latter part of the year—not the whole year, unlike Replay.
So, some says the Apple Music could be better. For now, let’s wait and see.
