Rumors are circulating that iPhone 13 series will copy the Apple Watch’s always-on display. And it is rumored to support some new camera tricks that include Portrait Mode for video.
A video on YouTube from EverythingApplePro shows some rumors on what can be expected from the upcoming iPhone 13 this year, says Ed Hardy of cultofmac. The video by Max Weinbach, a known and reliable source of future Apple products leak information says that iPhone 13 could be the first iOS to come out with an always-on display feature.
A prominent feature of the 2021 iPhone could carry a screen that doesn’t sleep. Its battery icon and clock will be shown at all times, says Weinbach on the video. Notifications will light up once received.
According to the circulated rumors, the next iPhone Pro models will have improved cameras from their previous models. And Weinbach emphasizes that the upcoming iPhone will come with a special mode that enables high-quality pictures of the moon and stars above.
On top of that, the next iPhone will allegedly support portrait video that extends the bokeh effect beyond the images. Bokeh is a Japanese word that literally means blur or haze. Thus, the bokeh effect is the blurry background one can get when shooting a subject, explains Jody Dole of nikonusa.
Weinbach states that the coming iPhone lineup will have an improved ultra-wide lens while maintaining the other two lenses. However, Apple is working on improving in this area.
Better Magsafe on top of the always-on display feature
Weinbach also states that the iPhone 2021 version will have a more powerful magnet for MagSafe. However, the first-of-a-kind wireless charging system is not as durable as Apply wants it to be.

The iPhone 13 series is anticipated to come out several months from now but there have already been several leaked information around. Most of the leaked information says the same thing about the four models coming out with the same general shape and size as their previous models. The video also states that it will feature the same high refresh rate of 120Hz ProMotion display technology as that of iPad Pro.
Other expected features
But Weinbach expressed expectation for some changes that go beyond the new ones. He expects a faster Apple A15 processor, additionally, the slash at the top of the display ought to be smaller. The iPhone Pro versions are expected to deliver with bigger storage. And Apple is apparently developing an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
