Existing devices of Huawei will update their systems to the new and upcoming HarmonyOS, arriving on June 2.
There’s only a few days before Huawei finally releases some announcements. One of the anticipated details to be taking part in the announcements is the upcoming HarmonyOS. Eventually, it got a significant amount of the spotlight which lasted for quite a while now.
Goals for HarmonyOS
Since Huawei received the ban in the US, the company went through a lot of difficulties to develop an OS. With the OS Huawei wants to develop, they hope that OS could go toe-to-toe with the AndroidOS of most devices.
Huawei wishes to meet the goal of running over 300 million devices with the HarmonyOS by the end of 2021. Majority of those devices might be including the newly released and the upcoming ones. The series’ anticipated to be among this include both MatePad Pro 2, the P50 series, and a couple of others.

Huawei P50 Series Release
Apparently, updating the OS of the P50 series is delayed due to some issues and difficulties. Rumors say that the series might just release on the day of the event; that, or Huawei will confirm the date of announcement for the phone by then.
Huawei will soon release three models that will take part in the series. These models include: P50, P50 Pro, along with P50 Pro+. As the model gets better, it gains an additional feature.
One of the interesting features P50 has to provide concerns the screen, which is apparently micro-curved.
