There have been some information spills on the new noise-cancelling, wireless, unreleased Sony earbud product, now going by WF-1000XM4 as a teaser name.

According to leakers that Tech Times has gained news from, these upcoming Sony earbuds are expected to showcase an “artistic beat design”, which should be quite a visual contrast from an earlier product of the brand.

Furthermore, speculations formed from these reported leaks suggest that these Sony earbuds will be purchased under Euro currency, implying that the product will first be made available in stores across Europe following its opening launch.

The Walkman Blog (a well-known insider on Sony rumors) was able to capture a number of significant screenshots regarding the wearable’s leaks. As per their findings, these Sony earbuds were actually found listed among an online Slovakian store’s products as WF-1000XM4.

The blog also revealed that the website featured what available color options the product is set to come in, namely grey and black. As for pricing, the store’s full description of the Sony earbuds apparently had them priced at €279.90, and could result in a sum of $340 for American customers.

As mentioned, this new Sony earbud model is going to be waltzing in with an updated physical design of its own, but even better, the wearable will also come in a less bulky case, have improved battery life, and feature a new sound processor too!

To add to the news, Android Police reported on June 2 (Tuesday) that these earbuds would sport notably better mic support to ensure much smoother and more audible quality when in calls and the likes. The WF-1000XM4 will also boast 360 degree audio along with bone conduction sensors.

Those who are more concerned about maintaining clear conversation won’t have to worry thanks to the wearable’s adaptive sound control, developed for pass-through announcement hearing. It is also resistant to water, which will be perfect for more active or sporty users.

Joining in on the reports was Android Authority’s claims that customers would be able to make complete use of the device’s anti-noise cancellation feature that can be accessed during usage of the earbuds. Its compact battery case also packs an impressive 16-hour lifespan per full charge.

Though nothing is absolutely official yet, considering much of this information is based on leaks and rumors, it is quite easy to tell from the get go that these new Sony earbuds won’t exactly be cheap, but with its highly convincing fresh features, we sure can hope that, once launched, the wearable will prove to be well worth its cost.

So far, Sony has not given any announcements verifying this product or its details, but from what we know so far, it’s safe to say the WF-1000XM4 will be something for customers to keep their eyes peeled for.
