Riot Games decided to release some micro fixes for Qiyana and Janna before League of Legends Patch 11.18 ends. Here are the exact bugs solutions.
Riot Games announces some small or micro fixes for Qiyana and Janna. The emergency patches, which were confirmed by Jeevun Sidhu, were specifically developed to fix the issues surrounding the abilities of the two mentioned heroes.
Right now, many players are complaining to Riot Games that Qiyana is no longer playable. One of the League of Legends fans in Reddit said that he is “just wondering why no one ever plays qiyana anymore. I personally think she’s one of the most powerful assassins in the game and the amount of burst she does and her ult is game-changing. I wanna hear you guys thoughts on her. Do you think she needs to get a buff?”
Another Riot Games fan said that Qiyana’s voice is “really annoying…I can’t be bothered playing her if I can’t stand listening to her. She sounds like a spoiled brat.” However, many League of Legends players tend to bash her mechanics, saying that “all other mid assassins like Talon , Leblanc , Fizz , Zed have more mobility and damage in early which let them scale faster than qiyana so they can roam everywhere and kick enemies asses.”
Based on the micro-updates of Riot Games, it seems like Qiyana would still remain. However, one of her bugs is now fixed, thanks to the giant title creator’s efforts.
Qiyana and Janna Emergency Patches
Jeevun Sidhu, the lead developer of Riot Games, announced that the company released two micro patches for Qiyana and Janna. If you don’t have any idea what these fixes are specifically developed for, here are the exact details confirmed by Sidhu;
- Janna’s W will correctly persist on her.
- Fixed an issue where some knockbacks would break Qiyana’s Q+E auto-aim unintentionally. We’ll be monitoring for other issues with this change.
Aside from these two fixes, Riot Games also released other updates for certain champions, items, and effects. Here are the specific changes released by the giant League of Legends publisher;
- Singed’s ultimate was meant to grant him Grievous Wounds on all damage, but the devs ended up shipping it on his Poison Trail only.
- Another Taliyah bug is being actively worked on.
- The Predator buffs are in, but the tooltip doesn’t reflect them.
- Dr. Mundo’s extra HP in his ultimate was “incorrectly communicated” and tool tipped as bonus health when it should actually be base health.
On the other hand, Riot Games lead designer said that the patch was huge, and they apologize for letting down players on the patch day. He added that gamers should be able to expect better from them since they would continue doing their best to avoid these mistakes in the future.
League of Legends Patch 11.19
As of the moment, the game’s most-awaited Patch 11.19 would soon replace the current version. It is expected to be released this coming Sept. 22. Many leakers already revealed that the new title update would release the new hero Vex, as well as other item changes and new hero skins.
However, the giant game developer hasn’t confirmed these details as of the moment. But, you can expect further announcements from the gaming firm as the launch date nears.
