Following another recent redesign at CES 2021 that offered additional high-end display options, Razer just updated its Blade 15 with 11th Gen Intel Core H-series CPUs. All of this means that the Blade 15 remains the greatest gaming laptop available.
Depending on the performance hardware you’re looking for, the laptop comes in Base and Advanced variants. Up to an NVIDIA RTX 3080 Laptop graphics card (GPU), 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11900H CPU, 32GB dual-channel DDR4-3200MHz RAM, and a 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 solid-state drive (SSD) with an open M.2 slot for additional storage are available.

Lenovo’s Legion 5 Pro is one of the best gaming laptops the company has ever produced. It’s powered by AMD Ryzen 5000 Mobile gaming CPUs, with up to a Ryzen 7 5800H, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, 2TB of M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD storage, and an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
Performance is excellent — at least while the laptop is powered by AC power, thanks to some AMD tuning — but the real draw is the display.
The screen is 16 inches in size, with a larger 16:10 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2560×1600 (QHD+). Although there is only one display choice, its small bezel, 165Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, anti-glare finish, and more than 500 nits brightness all contribute to a fantastic gaming experience.
The overall build quality is outstanding. The TrueStrike RGB keyboard is comfortable to use when gaming, and the touchpad is large enough for effortless pointing.
The port selection is generous, with most of the ports located around the back edge for convenient cable management. There are four USB-A 3.2 ports, two USB-C 3.2 ports, Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm headset jack.

HP’s OMEN 15 gaming laptops received a makeover in mid-2020, with a new appearance and some intriguing new features.
With two hinges and discrete lines, the laptops seem a lot more modern, and OMEN gets a new diamond logo. An IR thermopile sensor and up to a 12V fan with bigger vent holes improve thermal efficiency.
That’s a good thing, because this laptop boasts an Intel Core i7-11800H or AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor inside. For optimal performance, the Intel model has up to an NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU, while the AMD model has up to an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Laptop GPU.
AMD laptops support up to 16GB of DDR4-3200MHz RAM, whereas Intel laptops support up to 32GB of DDR4-2933MHz RAM. Up to 1TB of M.2 PCIe storage can be added to both laptops.
